I don't know of anything under the seats related to starting the car. Just things related to the stereo, and under the center console a yaw sensor for stability control.

Make sure that you've eliminated the trivial stuff preventing start, like clutch pedal switch if it's manual transmission or brake pedal for automatic.

The footwell module controls the windows (and a lot of other things) and it can malfunction if it is wet. The footwell module is behind the side panel in the drivers footwell. There is no access panel and you'll have to pull the trim panel to check.

I was about to work on the suspension and upon removing the wheel i saw a pink fuse the ones that are see-thru on the top but i have no idea where it goes. Its a 30A are there only fuses in the junction box and engine fuse box? I attached an image of the fuse.

This is the fuse

I was wondering if anyone knew what the relay in the upper left corner controlled and also if the engine fuse box was missing any fuses?

Still can't figure out if that pink one is coming from this car or got dropped in there by someone previously

Disclaimmer. Just trying to help. Not giving you advice. That said, this is a pic for comparison. 2012 Countryman S, manual. I have a 50A fuse in the slot where you have a 40A. And my top slot is open where you have a 50A. Don't know what any of these fuse locations is for. Sorry, best I can do. Hope it helps. I feel you frustration.

I looked on the diagram on back of the fuse box cover and yes a 50 goes in place of the 40. Trying to figure out where I can find some relays to swap out now

Depending on the options, under the driver seat you have the bluetooth module and amplifier. Under the passenger seat you have the YAW sensor, comfort access module, and retracting morrirs module.

Check realoem.com for electrical relays and location of things in lue of the websites provided above.

Also as I mentioned before, you absolutelty need ISTAD and ISTAP with k+dcan cable.
