Vibration while driving

Currently I replaced control arm bushing & rear sway bar bushing while replacing the clutch kit. today i had an alignment and wheel balance done since there was vibration and shakes on steering wheel when i drive around 70-80 however it is still same though. I also noticed that there is a noticeable shake and vibration on 2nd gear but it disappears while acceleration.
when tire shop was doing wheel balance, I checked around my car and took a picture of ball joint but it looked like cracked. This could possibly cause vibration while driving?

Vibration that changes at speed is the most difficult NVH problem to diagnose. The ball joint with cracked rubber boot should be replaced but I will not hang my hat on it it is the cause.

It will take a lot of patience and systematic steps to eliminate the suspects. You need to do a lot of reading and willing to do some elbow grease to find it.

Try moving wheels from front to rear. I had the same issue and it was a wheel balance issue. One wheel with a new tire was freshly balanced, but was not done correctly.

I also suggest looking into wheel balance, shake on accel is a sign of axle isn't it?

I took it back to the tire shop and they double checked the wheel balance and everything was okay.
