2010 clubman s random multiple misfire

I have a 2010 mini cooper clubman s that I bought at 70 thousand miles 3 months ago. After driving the, vehicle for two weeks I started to notice that the car was missing. I took it to autozone and it showed a cylinder 3 miss. So I thought alright most inlikely it's the spark plugs. So I replace all 4. It went a way for about 100 miles and, started up again. I then thought alright I'll replace all the ignition coils. So I did. It went a way for about 50 miles then started missing again. But this time it showed cylinder 1 2 and 3 random multiple miss. The car was running like crap. I could floor it and would not get any acceleration. I took it to a shop and had the voltage of,the injectors checked they all showed 14. I then found the clutch was bad so I replaced the clutch, pressure plate, throw out barring, and flywheel. As I was doing that I notice the crankshaft sensor and it had clutch dust built up so I cleaned it. I think checked the oil since it was still running like crap. It was 1qrt low. I changed the oil and oil filter and it improved the power of,the motor. It was able to get up and go but was still missing.I took it to a mechanic shop and had them run diagnostics. After erasing the codes of course. The check engine light was already back on when I got there and was showing, cylinder 1, 2 and 4 random multiple miss. As well As a catalac conversion code. I took it to a muffler shop to check to see if either,of the catalac converters were plugged but they were not. I'm stuck and, can't figure out, what's going on. Please help.

Sounds like a high pressure fuel pump problem. Some cars have the HPFP covered under extended factory warranty to 10 years or 120K miles. The HPFP went out on my 2009 Clubman at 55K miles and dealership replaced it for free. It could also be that your intake valves need cleaning (walnut blasting).
