Hey all - gearing up for some preventative maintenance for the usual oil leak suspects:

- cam/crankshaft sensor o-rings
- oil pan gasket
- valve cover gasket + spark plug seals
- timing chain cover gasket + shaft seal + cover seals
- power steering lines

I've tried to do a bunch of research (here and elsewhere), but haven't had much success. I want OE quality w/out the OE price tag. I'll be doing the maintenance myself. Seems like DetroitTuned and WMW sell FELPRO replacements alongside genuine MINi for most of the above. Are there any must have (or at least strongly encouraged) parts on this list that I should go w/ GENUINE MINI?

Also in terms of aftermarket brands, are there ones better than others? Does it matter if I mix and match (i.e. reinz valve cover gasket w/ uro spark plug seals).

Lastly, any other leaky prone bits that are not on the list? My car r53 currently has 65k - no major leakages yet, but I've started noticing some seepage.

I don't particularly care for the factory Victor-Reinz gaskets, I've used them and Fel-Pro.
