Stuttering acceleration

Hello all,

I've been lurking the forums for an answer, and the ones I've found don't quite fit my situation. I'm not sure what started it and quite frankly, thinking about everything is putting ideas in my head. When I start the car, no matter if it's cold or warmed up, but the initial pull-off (first gear, quarter throttle, doing maybe 7 MPH) you can hear and feel the car sputtering. Once, while turning out of my complex, while she was still having her "episode" the car just cut out for about a second. Caught me completely off guard and lunged me forward. After about a minute it goes away. It doesn't matter if the car is warm or cold. Now, what's floating around in my head, is my Stage 1 tune, which I can't remember having that happen shortly after the tune. The other thing was the CRC Intake Valve Cleaner I did on the car. If it wasn't happening on the tune it definitely became noticeable after that. I'm thinking a fouled plug, but wouldn't that cause a misfire all the time? I did read someone having a leaking HPFP (crossing my fingers it's not that). I know I have 68k on the dash and I've yet to rip out my fuel filter, then again I'm not 100% on any of this. I wanted to reach out to the community and see if we could combine brainpower to come up with a narrower scope then what I already have. Thanks in advance everyone!

Ty

2010 S with 68K miles...

1) Have you ever had the intake valves cleaned? If not then you probably need a carbon blast.
2) When were the plugs last changed? Pull, inspect, and replace as appropriate.
3) Get a good code reader / scan tool and check for codes and the HPFP pressure. Lots of threads on that, and there's an extended warranty.

No not professionally cleaned. I’ve been holding out until I had the space and can buy a good enough compressor. I’ve used the over the counter stuff twice now in hopes to buy some time. Spark plugs were replaced around 55k. I’ll definitely check out the HPFP threads for more info. I’ve read there pretty simple to replace (if it comes to that). Thanks for your response.

The hpfp will usually show signs on start up . Best bet right now is to see if any faults are stored. If any fuel faults or misfire faults read under 5 bar replace the hpfp. It could be your low pressure fuel pump (in tank).

So I've scanned for codes, and don't have any stored. I decided to data log from start up to the house and honestly most of these numbers may as well be calculus equations because I have no idea what any of it means. I think at this point I'm going to just start with the fuel filter and go from there. What numbers should I be concerned with and what should optimal values be?
