Fixed one problem now have another! Help please.
UPDATE!!! Thank you all for your help and input! I worked through it and after several changes in opinion of what was actually wrong, with your advice, I figured out Wray was wrong and it was an easy fix! "LOOSE GROUND WIRE!!!" WOW, Was sure that something more disastrous was the culprit! That being said, I now have a new issue. Probably caused by my low voltage scenario, my (ABS) light and the TRACTION CONTROL light are now on? My brakes feel really spongy now and my car won't hardly stop? I'm pulling the codes "P1782 and P0700"! Can someone give me s clue what I can do to fix this on going drama. I need my car to work! I'm sure ya'll will have the experiences to lead me in the right direction again! I think we are going to get it back on the road again!!! Thank you all. Y'all are the best.

First thing: Make sure the brake fluid is up to the proper level. Make sure the vacuum hose is hooked up and working for the brake booster. (all vacuum lines are hooked up) The brake will need to be bled and you should have a OBD II tester to also bleed the ABS system. If you can not di=o this, bring it to an Indie shop that works on Mini Coopers regularly.
Things can happen to the ABS and cause spongy unsafe brakes. Don't mess with this, if you have no clue, or help, from someone that knows what they are doing!
