Torque values for timing chain cover

Hi, i've replaced the timing chain cover but i do not have the torque specs. According to this scheme there are 11 bolts, 1-9 (exagonal head) and 10-11 (torx head).

Honestly, I have never had the timing cover off so don't know which is which. Just measure the threaded part of the bolt. The skinny ones will be 6mm.
