Removed CAT and found these? What are they?

I was draining coolant (came out green) while removing the Catalytic Converter. I removed the 4 bottom bolts then the top 3. As I was pulling it up the bottom brackets fell into the pan. When I reached into the coolant for the brackets I found these.

What are they?

I think I know. When I took off the vacuum pump I accidentally took off the outer cover and something fell down. Could these be the inside pieces to the vacuum pump? There are two of them.

That's exactly what they are. They are part of the rotary vane that creates the vacuum. They slide around the inside of that cap with the vane holding them in place.
