In need of help

Hey... need some help I bought a 2008 mini s few months ago as a project. The issue I’m having is I’m getting no power to the ignition coils the only the way the car starts is if I send it power from the battery or anything that has power. I have changed the dme, the footwell module the fuse box on the passenger side for other reasons. I changed relays.

was the DME cloned or married to the car? Not sure if you posted elsewhere about this car, but it sound like a grounding issue or main power lines. check for continuity from the battery to the fuse box next to the ECU. Do you get any codes?

The DME was married to the car, had the same problem with the original dme. I had a few codes

I changed out the relay for the dme
