Could this mean Blown head gasket, White milky oil under oil cap

Got home from work and decided to check the oil. Looked a little low and when I took the oil cap off I seen what appears to be water/oil mixture... The car has 55K on a 09 MCS. I only put 3k on it since ownership. So the big question... Blown Head gasket or is this normal? Dipstick was clean and just oil.

Walnut blasted intake valves, New Valve cover with OCC on intake side and fresh LIQUI MOLY OIL

Looks like the car just needs to be driven more.

I have always had the same milky look on the fill cap of my toyota truck. It's been 10 years & no problems with that yet.

If the engine doesn't get to proper operating temperature it will not burn off the condensate caused by piston blow by. Take the car for a good run and see if the water is gone. Keep an eye on the antifreeze level also to be sure it's not a head gasket or leak at the oil cooler. If it persists there is a dye available to add to your antifreeze that will show up in your oil if it is a leak. It's a uv dye that you can see with a special flashlight and glasses.

Same with mine. 5,000 miles a year and not heavily driven in winter. I just wipe it out as best I can.

Ok... Sounds like good news and I will check that antifreeze as well. I only drive 7 miles to work, so I guess that's not enough.

Yes, as others have stated. Are you having to add oil and/or coolant?

Coolant is good and oil level is now a little high. I added some oil last night with a flashlight but these dip sticks are hard to read. So I guess it's just condensation buildup. Thanks to all who responded
