Vibrating engine

Ok, getting a little annoyed with this car.

So in October, I replaced the spark plugs, coils, and the high pressure fuel pump. Mostly, it was just vibrating a lot, would stutter when started between 0-1KRPM, wouldn't accelerate past 60MPH, etc.

Everything was perfect after replacing the HPFP, this weekend driving on the highway, it started vibrating like crazy, the whole car was shaking. I would drive to 70mph and it would keep revving up to maintain the speed. I put it on cruise control to see and it would rev up to like 4k rpm to stay at 70 every 20 seconds or so. It's like it goes into 6th and then comes right back down. If I slowed down and tried to accelerate again it would shake the whole car. Not on the highway it is very intermittent with the vibrating/shaking. It is both accelerating and slowing down that it does it. When I start it and am just running idle it just vibrates a lot.

Codes:
cyllinder 4 misfire
P0055

I feel like this is how the fuel pump dying started last time. Maybe the pump is faulty? Never had the P0055 code come up before.

Thoughts?
