Where the best place to get one these days?

Not into the idea of paying $1200 for something that should be a few hundred at best.

Anyone have rebuild kits or remanufactured ones for cheaper than dealer?

I got one on ebay, rebuilt for $208 by Osias with 3 year warranty. So far, so good
