WARM idle issue on n18 mcs

I kno there are a lot of cold start idle issue noted on here but i havent seen many on idle issues when warm. And most i have found are for the n14 not the n18. So heres the issue id say 90% of the time when i start my mini it will start fine the idle will go up like normal and after bout 10 seconds it drops to about 400 - 500 never stall tho. Itll dip that low for 1 or 2 seconds and then goes to about normal rpm. But does not idle smooth it will jump up and down a very lil. Also you can feel a lil stumble after u get on it on low rpms. Im gona put in new plugs today after work to see if it helps. Im not sure if it will tho because it only does this when warm. Never 1st thing in the morning. Ive replaced pretty much all major fuel system components by a shop within the last month including lpfp, fuel filter/ whole sending unit, hpfp . I dont remember this happening as often before the work. I think it would once a month or so. Id like to track down the issue myself or try before i bring it to the shop again.

Bad Vanos solenoid, try first clean it . If does not help, then replace it.

This weekend i put in new 1422 plugs gapped to .22 or whatever the spec was cant remember exatly now, cleaned the front vanos and maf sensor. Now when i start it the drop in idle isnt so big as before but its still there. I didnt remove the intake vanos because i got lazy but i may this weekend and try leaning it to..mabey ill get luky and it will fix it. How can you test the vanos to see if they are good? Id hate to just throw parts at something.
