In need of help

Have a 2012 r55 s. Parked my mini and the next morning would not start. The night before it ran weird and no turbo power. Stopped after a little bit and shut off the car and turned it back on and ran fine. Looked at the code on car and said low fuel pressure. After reading online sounded like it was the HPFP. Replaced that and fuel pump under the back seat. And nothing. Car will start and run for 5 or 10 seconds and die. I’ve tried so many time to see if it would prim. I’m at a lost. Help

I have been able to test the pressure yet due to working and no equipment. Will check this weekend. I’m located in northern Colorado
