Bent valve(s)?

New to the mini life (daughters car). 2007 Cooper S. On her way home from college, check engine light began flashing and the car was 'shaking'.
For her towed home and I started checking out the car. Engine codes showed misfire on cylinders 2,3,&4. She had said the CEL had came on in the past, but hadn't stayed on. I pulled and replaced all 4 coils and plugs(no visible damage to plugs).
Started engine, same running condition(misfiring).
Checked compression and found #1=135 #2=0 #3=145 #4=140
I took valve cover off and timing chain 'looks' okay.
Going to get #2 into tdc and do a leakdown to determine where i'm losing the cylinder pressure.
Am I headed in the right direction so far?
Does this sound like i'm looking at a bent valve, due to a jumped timing chain?
Thanks in advance for any help. 👍🏾

If I had to offer a suggestion, bent valve, most likely not. Burnt valve, very possible. Since you have 0 compression on that cylinder, it is possible the valve is missing a chunk out of it.
