Rear wiper arm removal

Rear wiper arm removal
Has anyone successfully removed the entire rear wiper arm from the spline of an older 8+ yr old vehicle. I have tried everything at this point. Liquid Wrench. Clutch puller. Nothing is working. I bought a wiper arm remover. However, they are too small for the rear wiper with the water jet at the top.

The only thing I can think of is a dremel cutting wheel hoping to cut the outside of the wiper arm and hopefully not the spline.

I have a rubber mallet. Did you put something on the nipple to keep it from breaking off the wiper motor while you went to smacking?
That's a good idea though. I guess I can try a piece of 2x4 on the other side and give it a real beating. I think some lateral force would be better than the up and down pressure I have already tried. Maybe heat it up with the heat gun again too before whacking it.
