2009 Mini fJCW smoking after new valve cover
Guys,
Need help to diagnose the smoking of my Mini after new valve cover. While replacing the valve cover I also change the engine oil and oil filter. Now the Mini is smoking constantly after reaching operating temperature (108c). When it is cold no smoke at all.
The observation i have is the intake hoses(silicone hose) from air filter to turbo and turbo to inter-cooler cover with oil mist on the surface of the hose.
Turbo and valve seal is from factory my car mileage is 150K. The car run fine without any error code.
The picture below is how it looks like.
I am guessing that the turbo seal has give way. that cause the smoking, anyone can confirm had experience this.
Any suggestion and help would be much appreciated. thanks.
