Help diagnose misfire!!!

I have a 2009 mini cooper base model. The car misfires only at idle and when its warmed up, this happens in park, neutral, drive and reverse, all of them. To elaborate. When the car is stopped (at a red light etc.) the engine misfires. The second i press the accelerator at all, the engine runs perfectly. I checked compression, its perfect. I checked timing, perfect. I just replaced the fuel filter, spark plugs, head gasket, as well as running sea foam through the injectors to clean them. I've searched all around the forums and I haven't found any solutions. Any ideas?
