Are N16 and N12 Cylinder Heads Interchangeable?

Are N16 and N12 Cylinder Heads Interchangeable?
I have a 2011 non-turbo with a bad head. It is an N16 engine. Could I possibly swap it out with a head from an N12 engine? Are they the same? Thanks.

I think both heads are similar BUT you need to remove the oil pressure sensor from the N12 and transfer the plug from the bad N16 to the N12.
