Headlight issue
My passenger headlight went out I have replaced the bulb. Then thought it was the wiring inside since there were exposed copper wires so I replaced the whole assembly that didn't work check all fuses none blown, then replaced relay that didn't fix it. Could really use the help to fix this problem. If drive side light goes I am screw with no lights at all.

The new assembly came with a bulb already installed. Also forgot to mention that the turn signal works fine.

The turn signal has a separate wire.
Do you get a warning about the light not working? If not, there might be a broken wire somewhere shorting with ground (and dirt causing enough resistance for the car to think that the bulb is attached and everything is fine).
Also, check whether power does reach the wire harness (easiest with a multimeter, alternatively with thin wires and a bulb).
Where were the exposed copper wires you mentioned?

It often happens because of a defective bulb the FRM module locks the light on,without signaling light bulb burned on board.FRM module recoding is required, can be done with ICOM ISTA or with other diag tools. Here how it work with Launch X431.Video is for a BMW E serie, but is same procedure for Mini Cooper R56.

Headlight right and left have separate connection to FRM.So FRM can switch off only one headlight.
