Throttle only partially opening

Throttle only partially opening
For the last month or 2 ive noticed a lot less power than i was once getting on my 07 r56. After setting up my Ultragauge i noticed that my throttle body position was only opening to 60.5 percent with accelerator on the floor. Also noticed less manifold pressure than i was once getting. It used to read close to 20 psi in overboost and now is topping out at 15. Im assuming it has to do with the throttle not opening enough to allow the turbo to spool up to but im not exactly sure. Right now i just want to focus on what could be causing the throttle to not open past 60 percent

If the throttle is operated from under the hood, the fly-by-wire throttle can get confused.
I don't know if this works on the R56, but there's a reset procedure for the R53.
Ignition on, engine not running.
Hold the gas pedal all the way to the floor for at least 30 seconds.
It's worth a shot!

Follow up. I tried the throttle body reset as mentioned above. To no avail. I decided pull the intake manifold and throttle body to make sure there was no upstructions. To which there was none. With the key in position 3 I can hear the throttle opening and closing all the way. Gauge even reads out 85% which I understand is the actual wot. But I did notice on my drive home. The higher into the Rev range the more the throttle closes. Even getting as low as 35% open with my foot on the floor. I'm at a loss.

you have to remember if the engine is sensing a fault somewhere, it will try to prevent self destruct. I am not saying the TB cannot fail, it just could be a sign of something not working properly. for example, check if the waste gate and diverter valve are in check, also check for vacuum leaks specially the lines going to the canister under the intake manifold.

Huge thank you to @MiniToBe ! Don't laugh too hard but i went back and checked all the lines. turns out the vacuum line that runs from the wastegate to under the intake manifold slipped off when i was putting everything back together. hooked it up and put a hose clamp on. runs like a champ. thanks again everyone!
