2011 Cooper S runs awful over 3500 rpm

Hi all, probably got in over my head with a new project. It's a 2011 cooper S with plenty of issues. I scanned the codes and will attach them to this post. It starts hard with a cloud of smoke, but then seems to run and idle ok after that. However, over ~3500 rpm, it falls on its face. Runs very rough, not happy at all. Seems to almost go into limp mode? Absolutely no power, struggles to even maintain. If I ease into it very very slowly, it will sometimes go a bit higher than 3500. But, it doesn't even have issues all the time, sometimes it seems to drive pretty normal. When I first got it, I would lose almost all power inside the car (radio, hvac, gauges, etc.) and a bunch of warning lights would come on. Hasn't seem to do this recently though.

I tried to search these codes but didn't seem to get many results for them. Can anyone point me in the right direction here?

Most are under voltage and not present. Battery ran out of juice probably. Charge battery and clear codes. Then try again.

The O2 sensor seems to be shot.

One fuel pressure issue, maybe HPFP.

And fix your lights to make the FRM happy.
