Turbo coolant line banjo bolts torque?

Does anyone know what the recommended torque (specification) is on the Aluminum coolant line banjo bolt in the front of the turbo?

I didn't know it had torques? I thought it was just part numbers. Thanks.
25ft-lbs sounds like a lot though.
