Green Seal Woes

Hello all,

looking for some guidance trying to track down the last of the air leaks on my 05 R53. I replaced the green gasket on the inlet tube a few months back and the whistle subsided for a while...but has recently been back. When I was doing the swap, I noticed the screw that holds the inlet tube to the engine had snapped off at some point previously and was simply covered up. I’m wondering if anyone has had this issue, if so how do I safely drill it out? I should be able to renew the threads with my tap and die set. Anything I should be aware of? Thanks!
