Harmonic Balancer - BAD puller "OEM" loan a tool

O'Riley's OEM brand loan a tool says it has m6x1.0 bolts (see pic) but they are NOT. ...see how we got off the broken tip.

Maybe it was a Friday box fill and a SAE thread bolts got put in.... So if you rent one, check for fit and if it doesn't go in easy, use your own bolts.

Sorry that happened. It’s always recommended to use hardened fasteners and a little thread lube for these crank pulleys.

Yeah, it was a PITA....tough you would think the bolts provided in the kit would be hardened appropriately.
