Sunroof Drain Cleaning

Sunroof Drain Cleaning
I had water dripping down the rear-view mirror yesterday after a storm. My car was parked (slightly) nose down.
So I checked on the front 2 and rear 2 sunroof drains, and none of them were clogged.
However, I saw a fair amount of dirt.
Is it possible that the drain tubes have dirt inside that limits the capacity of the drains (thus making it leak off the rear-view mirror because the drains can not handle a lot of rain)?
If so, is there something I could pour into the drains that could help dissolve this?
Or do you have any other thoughts?
(I had a shop blow the drains clean just 3-4 months ago)

A quick search for water ingress on newtis revealed the following:
Faulty roof trim strip clip
Water drain hose unseated
Could that have caused the hose to become unseated?
