New clutch but getting alot of problems

So I just replaced my clutch on my 2005 mini Cooper s everything ran fine prior to after I got it all put back together I ended up having a whole bunch of codes such as p0123 p0222 p1689 p1229 p0118 p0130 p0500 and p1109

my car rides at a high idle around 1100 to 1200 rpm it was haveing an erratic idle but I fixed that by flipping around my grounds that I had mixed up in the process of changing my clutch

also my coolant temperature sensor had broke off and needs fixed if that is the problem please let me know

As well as I have changed my O2 sensor and have not yet reset the code same goes for this if that may fix the problem for me to reset the code then let me know I am new to working on vehicles to a point I've never done any big jobs other than this clutch job so I don't know if I may or may not have done something wrong looking for advice if you need more information feel free to ask I will check on the forms daily

Thank you for your response I have researched everything and none of it makes much sense I'm new to cars made after the 90's so it's a little more complicated than what I have worked with in the past and all I have to run with is that all the codes are there and I have put a new O2 sensor and a new coolant temperature sensor

p0123 p0222 p1689 p1229 p0118 p0130 p0500 and p1109
From
Uncle Bentley Junior Uncle Bentley Junior
:
P0118- ECT sensor circuit high
P0122/3 - accelerator pedal position (PWG) sensor A circuit low/high
P0130 - O2 sensor B1S1 circuit [related components: pre-catalyst O2 sensor, thermostat monitor]
P0222 - Throttle Position Sensor circuit low
P0500 - Vehicle speed sensor A [related components: data stream ABS / DSC module; likely disconnected]
P1109 - MAP signal too high during decel [MAP sensor (Cooper ) TMAP / MAP sensor (Cooper S)
P1229 - Throttle sensor adaption failure
P1689 Monitoring of actual indicated engine torque (fault) [Electronic throttle actuator (EDR) and/or Supercharger operation]

Sounds like some of the above sensors may just be unplugged. They could also be bad or you still have ground issues but would think that unlikely since everything ran fine before the clutch job.
Newtis has relevant sensor and connector location information you can find by typing the item into the search window or drilling down through the menu. Here's some of it:
PWG functional description, wiring diagram, and connector location
Electronic throttle actuator wiring diagram and connector location
Speed sensor diagram and connector locations here and here
TMAP / MAP diagram and connector locations here and here

In looking at the codes at bare minimum you should reset adaptations.

Late update for anyone wondering

I got a foxwell nt510 Elite code reader and erased the codes after replacing sparkplug wires coil pack supercharger bypass valve Throttle body map sensor T map sensor also the boot holding the intercooler wasn't on right think after just that and reseting the coeds it would have been fine excluding the new problems just made a new thread on that
