Xenon vs. non-xenon (mechanically)

Xenon vs. non-xenon (mechanically)
So...i have a source for used Xenon healight housings.
I have looked through the bentley manual and the retro-fit guide and have a few questions.
Here's the retro fit instructions: http://www.bridger.us/mini/howto/Xen...%20Washers.PDF
So....Do non-xenon cars still have the Hall sensors installed but not wired up? Mini tends to do this with some things. And the way that bentley words it makes it sound like they are already there, you just need the LWR module plugged in to have the Xenon system use the Hall sensors on the front and rear suspension towers. Anyone know if they are on non-xenon cars?
Secondly...do xenon cars have different washer resevoirs to incoporate a pump for the headlight washers? This is mainly aimed at the reading of the retro-fit instructions (above). Do i need to get a xenon-type resevoir that has a special place for the pump for the headlight washers or does mine have a place for the connection?

The wiring and sensors for the xenon system are unfortunately not included in a non-xenon MINI. That retrofit appears to simply add the washers to an existing xenon setup (apparently not all countries require washers with xenons like the US does). The xenon washer tank resides on the opposite side of the car than does the windshield washers; it's a completely separate system. Adding the washers involves the tank, pump and hoses, of course, but also the housings are different. You have to strip the existing housings of the bulbs, xenon 'ballasts' (inverters) and some other hardware and refit these pieces to the new washer-equipped housings then install the new assemblies to complete the retrofit. Coding is necessary to activate the driver circuit that operates the washer.

Thanks guys....after looking at the parts number manual i have i noticed the same thing. Its a totally separate resevoir oops .
I have complete housings for xenon lights including the ballasts and such. And i have the tubing. From the looks of things the new resevoir is only $14. This does look like much more of a project then expected, but still seems doable. Just need to figure out about the sensors
