Smoke on the exhaust

Hi, I have a mini R56 2013 N18 with 119k on the odometer
When I run the Mini does not smoke, but when I stay with it with the engine started for several minutes stopped and then I start to guide throws a lot of smoke through the exhaust, then in less than a minute or two will go away the smoke.

Smoke after long idle is usually related to the PCV system. Might be time to either replace the PCV diaphragm, or replace the cam cover.
