Front brakes clicking sound

While driving the other night, I started to hear this clicking sound coming from the front wheels and after inspecting, it seems like part of the brake pad for my JCW is loose and is hitting the wheel weights. Pads were changed about 8k miles ago using EBC Redstuff. I've circled the part in the picture below to show what I'm talking about. Anyone ever had this same problem? Is it normal for it to be loose? Any way to tighten it? Haven't had the time to jack up the car and remove the wheels yet so I thought I'd come in here to ask.
