Error 9CC2 (AHL system)
Hello guys.
I hope I can find here some guidance to solve this issue
I have a MCS N18 from 11/2010. The car came with system AHL stock and it worked properly until 2 years ago when appeared an error 9CC (Stepping-motor controller (SMC), right signaling fault) related with AHL.
()
I "solved" the issue easily, with NCS Expert removing the $524 from VO. It is not a solution but the error was gone because I tricked the car saying AHL doesn't exist. In other words it is not a solution.
So yesterday I activated the VO $524 again and the error came again. I also tried a different thing: swap SCM module from the Left to the Right and vice-versa and afterwards coding/reset the modules and if the problem were from SMC the error should appear now on the Left side. But unfortunately the error continued in the Right side (same error) - 9CC2.
The steps I did to coding/reset SMC (left and right) were the following:
Open NCS
F1
F3
Select R56
Ok
Select CAS
Back
Process ecu
Select RSMC/LSMC
Change job ‘codierdaten’
Execute job
Change job ‘sg codieren’
Execute job
What I concluded here was the RSCM is in perfect conditions, and maybe the problem is from elsewhere. Any clue? Did you face it in the past?
Thank you in advance!
