P2188 on 2010 N14
First time poster here. I'm trying to troubleshoot my friend's 2010 Camden Edition M/T. It throws the p2188 code, along with a p2096 and p0136, both for downstream o2. The car is stock aside from a high flow cat, and a big kn cone filter in place of stock CAI. The car will throw the p2188 when left idling for a bit and go into limp mode. If the codes are cleared and the car is brought up to cruising right away, there isn't an issue. I am using a Bluedriver for live data. The car had the valve cover/pcv valve replaced as an attempted fix but no change. The car's requested and actual Lambda readings on b1s1 match up at idle and driving. The rail pressure at idle is ~7000kpa, which from my research suggests it's a little on the high side. The maf reads 3.3g/s when idling. B1s2 short trim is -25 at idle, but roughly -3 when driving. Long term trim is -2 most of the time. I'm trying to figure out some plausible causes for the rich idle. I imagine the p0136 and p2096 are from the defouler being turned out too far. Anyone have some suggestions on what to try?
