TPMS problem, recurring 604E Please Help.

I am hoping someone has had some experience with TPMS code 604E RDC system. The car is a 2009 Cooper S, build date 7-04-2009. I recently bought the car it has 110K on the odometer and came with the TPMS light on along with a host of other problems. I replaced the sensors and the system started working and it will reset, and work fine until you turn off the car. I have driven it as much as 200 miles after resetting without issue. However once you shut it down and restart it, if you do not do a reset within 20 miles you will get the tire symbol and ! In the tach cluster which the manual says means the TPMS system is not initiated, and if you don't reset it will go inactive within other 20 miles or so and the yellow light in the giant Speedo will flash and come on. One you do the reset it will be fine until the next shut down. I pulled the codes with the BMW code reader and it is 604E RDC system. So far I found a thread that suggested that the control module is prone to corrosion and I pulled it and sure enough it had corrosion on the pins I cleaned out the pins with connector cleaner and a Bristol brush no help. I'll post a pic of the control module does anyone know if this module requires a dealer programming? Mine the the early model and I can only find reference that those Produced after September 2009 require coding. Any help would be appreciated
