2007 Mini base cranks but no start NEWBI
Hello all! I just bought a 2007 Mini base R56, It was an police auction car that did not have a key, so i ordered a key through BMW, and received the key a couple days ago, the new key unlocks the doors, and trunk lid, and the car cranks (turns over) but will not start/run. I checked all the fuses and relays, all the fuses are good under the hood, and in the passenger side foot well. While checking the fuses under the hood I noticed that fuses F2-F5 have no voltage on either side of the terminals. I have looked and looked for info on if these fuses should have battery power, but cannot find anything. Please let me know if anyone has any information regarding this.
Thanks all for the assist!

F02 - F05 are all fed by F67, a 150A fuse located in A406 fuse box, which is in the battery compartment.
You really need a Bentley manual to troubleshoot electrical problems --- schematics, component ID, locations, and functions. Best manual out there for the DIY'r.
As a police auction car, who knows when it last ran or what's been done to it.
Best of luck ---
