2003 Mini Cooper P2097 code

My service engine light came on today and I get a P2097 code. I cleared the code with my scanner but the next time I started my car the code came back. How to I resolve the problem and clear the code?

This is a fault in the downstream O2 sensor. A new sensor should fix it.

Change out the front one as well if you are at it (if it hasnt been changed yet). You can order the same sensor twice as they are identical (up- & downstream).
