Passenger side mirror
My beloved 2007 Cooper, 250,000 miles, has developed its first issue, the passenger side mirror has quit responding to my requests to move. Won't go up, won't go down, won't go in and won't go out. I checked the fuse, #35,and it is in good condition. Any ideas ?? Thanks

 

I'd first check the joystick module in the driver's door for visible damage. If e.g. the outer base plate is loose, the contacts inside won't trigger.

FWIW: Even a disconnected/missing joystick module will not throw any errors.
