Clutch Slipping at Higher Speeds

Clutch Slipping at Higher Speeds
Hi All,
2013 R56 MCS with 98,000 miles, I noticed driving on the highway when attempting to acclerate i can feel the clutch slip at higher speeds. It happens right around 3-4k RPMS. I had the clutch, flywheel, fork and bearings replaced 10,000 miles ago along with an install of a quaife LSD. I noticed when I first took this car home on the highway the clutch slip at higher rpms but i havent noticed it since so i let it go.
I used a SACHS flywheel and a valeo clutch kit for the car. I have also noticed since the clutch job that sitting at idle without the pedal depressed the throw out bearing seems to be a bit noisey but if i quickly push the pedal and let go it goes away (unsure if the issues are connected).
I also read something about a SAC flywheel on minis maybe causing this but very unsure. I had a mini shop (not authorized) near me install this, but unsure if i am missing something.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Is the slipping consistent, or intermittent? I recently replaced my clutch, and found the release lever was bent and contacting the bell housing. Had a nice wear mark inside the housing. Symptoms were slipping clutch on the highway only in 4-5th gear, and only right after when I let out the clutch pedal. Any other time, no slipping.

The only fix for my issue was to replace the release lever. Same amount of labor as a full clutch replacement.
If your clutch was only slipping on the way home from the shop, it could just be from needing to break in. If its still slipping 10,000 miles later, something could have been botched during the install. Did you get any kind of warranty from the procedure?
