Gen1 window adjustment
Had my driver's window broken and replaced last year, but in addition to not removing all the broken glass, the shop didn't adjust the window properly, so I've had wind noise ever since. At first I thought I needed a new gasket (after almost 20 years), but it turns out they just didn't adjust the window correctly.
Forgot to take a pic, but it was obvious after inspection that the rear of the glass wasn't parallel to the B pillar.
Here's where I found the solution:

If NAM doesn't like the link, there are two 'gears' on the front and back of the window.
Repair sequence:
1 - lower window, lift out window trim from top of door, it just lifts out.
2 - raise window. You'll see two plastic wheels front and back on the outside of the window.
3 - The OEM tool grabs these wheels to loosen the window, but they can also be loosened with a flat blade and a hammer. (lefty, loosey!)
4 - after loosening the 'gears', adjust the window (I used my passenger side as a guide) and snug up the 'gears' again.
5 - lower window, replace trim
Motor on!
