so I have a 04 Mini Cooper. Today when I got home from work I noticed my fan turn on. And I could hear a light clicking noise from under the hood. So I open it and notice the noise coming from the fuse box and it was the fan fuse. It was making a click click click noise. Within a few min it stopped and then I tried turning the car on again and it wouldn’t. There was still juice in the battery as the lights, ac radio and so on would work but the car would start. I had it jump started and it was fine. Turn the car off again fan turns on fuse box makes clicking noise and then stoppes and again car won’t start again

would replacing the fuse fix the issue?( had the battery replaced about 2 months ago)
