Transmission reprogram

I've recently done the following to an R53

change trans oil
change trans filter
new TCU
new valve body
new solenoids
new valve body wiring harness

Now that I've done that, the error codes have gone, but I've been told I need to reprogram the tranny by putting the car in 'learning mode," and following a series of steps.
Can the mini be put in learning mode through INPA?
