Feeler, replacement intercooler boots.

Just curious if there is any interest in replacement intercooler boots? they would be available in red, blue and black. High quality silicon boots, would work with stock or aftermarket intercoolers.

Hell yeah!

The standard ones keep getting sucked in on themselves causing all sorts of crap to happen, so yeah, I would love some high quality IC boots

Cheers,

Henry

Detlman, why would anyone, much less everyone, want to replace those pathetic thin, leaky, heat intollerant, accordian bellows I'm keeping my OEM equipment..........oh, they come in black too................

Duh, yes we all want them. Also most people would probably pay even more if you provided some nice narrow stainless aircraft hose clamps. So quit stalling & thanks in advance. Is there a clear intercooler diverter in the works?

they are smooth and slightly shiny. If you have an alta inake they are made from a similar material. Very clean and functional.

You guys are funny.

namwob, I thought I was getting flamed at first...lol

Tomorow I wll have pix for ya.

Because they're silicone ? If that proved to be an issue, I'm sure it could be addressed with a little spray adhesive smeared on the snorkels, maybe even use hose clamps I think they will prove to be superior to the stock ones. With a linear inside diameter these could qualify for exagerated undocumented HP gains.( powerful marketing tool!)

they should hold 20 psi with no problem. I know they have seen 30 psi on onther cars in various configurations.

I guess them main consideration of holding th eboost will be the clamps. I know the boots will hold.
