clutch cylinder

ok the short, dose anyone know of a problem with the 05 mcs clutch cylinder, i did a quick search and read a lot of post and haven't read of any such problem.

the long, ok i am out of the country for a few months still and i was talking to my wife about the mini. she described to me that some times her clutch pedal lost complete feel, or it did spring back after use. i didn't know if she was explaining it right or if the car was really broken. so she called and they said the clutch cylinders are bad in 05s, and one of her coworkers, 05 mcs, has the same problem. has any one heard of this and i didnt get the memo.
