Help: Need A Body Shop
Hello,
I need some serious recommendation on a body shop in the Sterling, VA area that is capable of fixing my 2005 Mini Cooper S.
On 10/11 I was involved in a car accident in my new ’05 Mini-S. After a recommendation from a friend I took my car to a local body shop but they were unable to get the car started and due to the amount of damages they suggested that I move the car to a body shop capable of fixing the Mini. After spending hours on the phone, looking for a body shop, I had the car towed to Ashburn Collision Center in Sterling, VA about 2 weeks a go. I just got a call from them today that after re-evaluating the car and looking at the damages, they won’t be able to even start looking at the car for another 5 weeks. They also mentioned that they estimate over 8 weeks to fix the car after they start working on it. They said they will try to help me find a body shop that is not backed up and capable of working on the Mini.
I really need to find a body shop that can start working on this right away so I figure I drop a line on this forum, since it’s been very helpful to me in the past, and see if anyone has any suggestions.
I have called quite a few body shops in the area but no one seems to really know how to fix the Mini’s since they’ve never worked on it before.
Would someone please help with some recommendations?
Thank you in advance……dondada
