My first service. What to ask for?

I picked up my 04 MCS with 13500 miles and it already had its first service. Now it has 28000 and my startup thingee says I can get my car serviced in 1k miles. This will probably be last warranteed service. What should I ask for or be aware of? Any eu reporgramming? Nothing has broken, but the rear boot latch could be a little tighter. Hope this is the right thread? Will they rotate wheels and do alignments and other stuff for free?

Hopefully someone will answer your specific questions. My MA told me that they will do wiper blades, but only if you tell them that they are worn out.

My first service was only an oil change.

They also look at fluids level, and a quick inspection.

If you have any problems, like a loose hatch latch, make sure to tell them and they will fix it.

Any new ECU software will be done automatically.

Check the manual for any time/mileage based things like coolant or brake flush, etc. Like motoroil these can be dictated by age not just miles and the manual will say if it should be done in x years/mileage.

In addition to obvious oil & filter, request new wiper blades. Check color of antifreeze, if looks brownish, ask to have the cooloing system flushed and new antifreeze. Also they will, if you ask, change the cabin air filter.
Not sure what version ecu program you have but you should ask for the most current version. Don't think alignment or rotate tire are free but what the hell, you can always ask.
