Thanks again everyone. I will keep you posted. I've been shooting emails back and forth with classic, so hopefully this will all be done soon.

I like the suggestion about calling the cops if I see her leaving intoxicated. She wasn't at home at all yesterday. Every time I see her truck, I just want to kick the crap out of it.

I washed the MINI today and she looks so pretty and clean...except for that stupid dent. It's sooo ugly and it makes me feel kind of self concious driving....bleh.

So sorry to hear this. I've had a few "offenses" to my MINI, too...it does truly suck.

I like it, too, Lauren. If she hurts anyone out there, you won't be a happy camper...

Deja freak'n vu. This happened to me many years back. My truck was parked in front of the house I was renting that happened to be across the street from an apartment complex. The idiot drunk neighbor that lived in the complex got up early one morning to get her cigarette breakfast. While backing out, she ran right into my truck. Fortunately another neighbor witnessed the whole thing.

He and I confronted her and her dead beat boyfriend who eventually agreed to pay me $50 a week until the damage was paid for. After the first two payments, they moved out.

I bet to this day, she denies ever hitting my truck.

Lesson learned, I never park anywhere some idiot drunk can hit me. Even if I have to park 6 blocks away.

I have been parking in front of the garage now...it's not the greatest, but the chances of me being hit there are alot slimmer. The only person who ever parks next to me there is my nice neighbor that saw everything happen.

Oh and I did bake them cookies last night...chocolate chip. They were happy.
