LSD Oil?!!!!!!

LSD Oil?!!!!!!
OK, I am a little upset. My dealer changed out the flywheel and clutch in December and my LSd started making some noise so I took it in. The noise was similar to the noise produced at full wheel lock (turning) but was produced with only a slight turn. I recognized/suspected it to be a lack of the LSD additive in the oil. Low a behold after chaning the wheel bearings and tie rods they changed the oil and the noise went away. They said there was no metal shavings in the oil when changed.... but would that show the damage? What problems should i look for? Will I have problems with the LSD in the future? WE drove w/o the oil for 3 months (approx 2K Miles) how much damage was done?

so let me get this right...they drained your oil to change a clutch...but never filled it back up?? so then you drove around for 3 months with no trans fluid in the trans? if this is the case, i would ask for a hole new trans. on there dime. good luck.
