Just the blade? angle the end down a bit and slide it out
I just did this on my 02. It has no release, but the blade is not reenforced like the front, so I just angled the tip around the part that keeps it from sliding off and it came out easy. New one went back in just as easy.
Yes, just pull it out of the clip. There is an insert available too, so you don't have to change the whole arm. I just found this out after three years.
