Squeaky Mouse in the Trunk...
Once in a while My car will just randomly squeak in the rear.. I think its the fuel pump cause thats the only thing mechanical back there that I know of anyway... the problem is I can't make it do it for the dealer so they won't fix it.. and sometime after this squeaking it will idle real ruff like lack of fuel I can rev the motor a little and it smoothes out.. How can I get this fixed with only 25k on the car?? And is it even the fuel pump??

I guess you just have to find time to take it to the dealer, cause im sure it will cost a forune to fix, whatever the problem is. atleast call them and let them know you are having a problem, then atleast it will be in the system that you had problems with the part in case of any serious failure.

Is it an ocassional squeak, squeak or a longer squeal like a motor that needs oil?
Seatbacks can develop a squeak (folding them down may help rule them out. The hatch can squeak, Swaybar/endlinks,or exhaust hangers. Intermittent low choppy idle (remedied by blipping the gas) is a normal Mini bug, probably unrelated.
Let us know what you find out.

See thats just it.. it not coming from the engine compartment.. it is coming from the back of the car even at idle... I have got on the ground while it was doing it and it sounds like if a wheel bearing were bad but obviosly its not that cause the car is not moving... I have told the dealer about the last time it was serviced and they didn't do anything cause they can't make it squeak... Its still under warranty so I am gonna make them do something about it next time I take it in... It has to be the fuel pump I think cause its the only thing in the back of the car the is doing anything while the car is at idle and not moving... Don't you think???

I meant squeal/squeak like dry bearings of an electric motor not engine related. Anyway, the fuel pump is under the rear seat directly behind the driver (US). It sounds like it is more likely related to the fuel vapor leak detection pump which is hidded under the right rear wheel cavity's plastic liner... Don't you think?
On another note, If I can smell my clutch, I know I'm driving wrong.

I started hearing just such a noise from the rear of my '05 MCS. At first I thought it was the seatbelt (retractor) housings. Little by little I eliminated sources. Guess what ... its the rear hatch. It is not fully latched no matter how I try it won't fully latch; its like 75% closed but I can pop it open without much effort. Try yours. I'm going to have it adjusted at the dealer when I finish my driving light install.
