Noise From A/C Fan
I just purchased a used 2003 MCS PP/SP/CWP with 56,000 miles from the Mini dealer in Indianapolis.
In 1st and 2nd gear at about 3,500rpm while I have the A/C on, I hear a pretty loud moaning sound that goes up and down as I increase or decrease the RPMs and it quits 2-3 seconds after I turn the A/C off. I would say it is a bad fan, but I am not sure why it goes up and down with the RPMs. Any ideas?
