Rear Window Washer Fluid Leaking?

My beautiful new Mini seems to be leaking windshield washer fluid out of the rear wiper. I haven't used that wiper or cleaned the window with it, but there is a rust colored goo streaking down the back and collecting around the Mini Logo. I washed her on Monday and it wasn't too bad, but there was some light staining. Tonight when I washed her I had to scrub the goo off, and now the staining is worse.
Is this a common problem? I am going to make an appt tomorrow to take her in to our dealer and see what they think. If this is a problem, can I just disconnect or empty the fluid that goes back there.
This is so frustrating. She only has 800 miles on her and already an issue.

Answer from Mini Service

Apparently there was a service bulletin just issued from Mini. My service person said I was the first person to call PDX but she is expecting more calls. I guess there is a faulty one-way valve that they need to replace. If you are in the Portland Oregon area, make sure you call soon because they are short techs, and I can't get in till August 23rd, ugggg! I hope this gunk doesn't stain my beautiful pepper white. I washed the car last night and couldn't get all of the stain off
